DE · Lack Of Control bekennen sich mit ihren aggressiven Shouts, melodischen Harmonien und markerschütternden Breakdowns aus der Hölle zum MetalCore. Dennoch sind es die zahlreichen Einflüsse aus den verschiedensten Stikrichtungen, die die Explosivität von Lack Of Control ausmachen.
Bei dieser Band kommt jeder moshwütige auf seine Kosten.

EN · What didn't kill this band made it definitely much
harder.
After Lack Of Control made it through the ups and downs of creative identification
processes, musical experiments and line-up changes it was time to give the
world an output: The low budget demo album "I And I vs. Me And
Myself" was self-produced from the end of 2006 till the beginning of 2007
and results from the struggle of Lack Of Control with itself within the first
years.
In spite of the still raw and experimental character of the demo cd, the local
scene expected now a lot of the band. But already during the first live shows the band established
actual stage classics like "When It Turns Into Hate" or the wall-of-death-anthem
"Conviction".
Since the line-up changed the last time at the beginning of 2009 things went even
better: With a new drummer the band gathered new motivation to put into songwriting
and the sound evolved from its experimental style more clearly to a heavy kind
of metal core.
»The whole band often used to suffer from one individual then. There's no one to
blame for that and of course we will always inflict limits to ourserlves for
private or job-related reasons. But with the current line-up we managed to enjoy
making music again and put all the aggressions into our songs instead of making
each other feel them. The best thing about this is the way the audience feels
stimmulated to freak out in front of the stage by this new feeling.«
With the three original members Andreas, Micha and Julian there are Steve and
Mocki to start a track record.

gemacht.
Nachdem Lack Of Control Höhen und Tiefen in Jahren kreativer
Selbstfindung, musikalischer Experimente und diverser Besetzungswechsel
durchlebt hatten, war es für die Band an der Zeit, die Welt endlich
etwas von sich hören zu lassen: Das Ende 2006 bis Anfang 2007 mit
geringen Mitteln selbstständig produzierte Demo-Album I And I vs. Me And
Myself ist das Ergebnis des Kampfes von Lack Of Control mit sich selbst
in der Entstehungszeit.
Trotz des noch rohen und experimentellen
Charakters der Demo-CD weckte die Band hohe Erwartungen in der lokalen
Szene. Doch bereits durch die ersten Auftritte etablierten sich
Bühnenklassiker wie When It Turns Into Hate oder die Wall-of-Death-Hymne
Conviction.
Seit dem letzten Besetzungswechsel Anfang 2009 lief alles noch etwas
flüssiger: Mit einem neuen Mann am Schlagzeug bekam die Band auch neuen
Schwung für Songwriting und der experimentelle Stil entwickelte sich
deutlich weg vom alternativ angehauchten Metal, hin zum klarer
definierbaren, harten MetalCore.
»Früher hatten wir oft die Situation, dass die ganze Band für ein
einziges Mitglied kürzer treten musste. Man kann niemandem dafür
Vorwürfe machen und natürlich sind uns aus privaten und beruflichen
Gründen trotzdem immer wieder gewisse Grenzen auferlegt. Trotzdem
konnten wir mit der jetzigen Besetzung den Stand erreichen, dass wir
alle wieder mehr Spaß an unserer Musik haben und unsere Wut in die Songs
stecken können, statt sie uns gegenseitig spüren zu lassen. Das Beste an
dieser neuen Haltung ist, wie sich das Publikum davon anspornen lässt,
vor der Bühne die Sau raus zu lassen.«
Neben den drei Gründungsmitgliedern Andreas, Micha und Julian finden
sich in Steve und Mocki fähige Mitmusiker um die
Erfolgsgeschichte von Lack Of Control einzuleiten.
